Shipping
There is a standard charge of £3.50 for signed for shipping within the UK, orders over £40 are free!
Once dispatched delivery time is usually 6-10 working days.

Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them. Please send any return requests to fourpawsropedesigns@gmx.com
Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately you cannot return any items.
We do not offer returns or refunds on handmade to order items. All sale items are final sale and non refundable.
Any items returned without packaging or tags, will not be refunded. You will receive an email to advise of this, at which time we can organise to return the items to you at your cost.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping option and keep the tracking number until you receive a confirmation of refund. We do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We will not be held liable for any damages caused in transit.
Delivery Policy
It is the purchasers responsibilty to make sure they're in to accept delivery if they have not provided a safe place for their package to be left.
We will not accept liability for missing packages, if you believe your package has been stolen you will need to contact your local police to report a theft.
Under no circumstances are we liable in anyway for missing packages or thefts from your property.
